I can confirm a theme about these reviews: Mike gets to your work fast! He's also incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. We couldn't make heads or tails of DEF and emissions codes on our 2012 Sprinter. Mike picked up on a Saturday, diagnosed us over the phone, and got us in within a few days. The work was complicated, but Mike was quick while being thorough. If you have a diesel, he's the guy you want to see.
